Cornelia Choe is a global keynote speaker, an internationally recognized expert on leadership, and a Thinkers50 Radar thought leader. She has spent more than two decades helping hundreds of CEOs, heads of multilateral organisations, government officials, executives, and other leaders expand their perspective in moments of uncertainty—enabling them to see what others miss and lead more effectively.
Cornelia’s own expanded perspective began early, shaped by a life lived across three continents and seven countries. She developed an intimate understanding of how different people connect—and what happens when they don’t. At 18, she led a pioneering initiative connecting CEOs across continents. At 19, she addressed a United Nations conference on human connectivity and leadership.
After a career as a private equity investor across Asia, Europe and North America, Cornelia founded The Leaders Alliance, where she brings senior leaders together to expand perspective and solve complex challenges. She is a graduate of Georgetown University and Harvard Kennedy School.
Her first book, The Panoramic Leader, coauthored with Marshall Goldsmith, explores how leaders expand their perspective and make better decisions in a world no one can fully understand alone.
